===== Recommended =====
  * Ability to change file/folder permissions (dependent on how much access your host provides)
  * Ability to create a [[maintenance:cron|cron job]]
  * Both PHP's [[http://php.net/mbstring|multibyte string extension]] AND [[http://php.net/iconv|iconv extension]]
  * PHP's [[http://php.net/curl|cURL extension]] (disabled by default)
  * PHP's [[http://php.net/zlib|Zlib extension]] (disabled by default)
